Most of the time, I bring my notepad with me so that I can draw and write whenever I fall into that kind of mood. I record dreams, insightful thoughts, imagery scripts, even essays about everyday routine. I then take these drawings and writings and fully develop them on canvas or larger sheets of paper. My work focuses on emotions and relationships, between people or even in artwork.
When I have hard times, I drew. The process healed me, so I look at my artwork as a kind of medicine. Now I am learning about art therapy. I want to believe that art has the power to heal everyone.
