We release new prints every Tuesday at 1:00 PM Eastern.
-
Can you notify me when you release new prints?
Of course! Simply type your email address into the open email field in the top right corner of the page. You will receive a weekly email notification ten minutes before new artwork is released.
-
How are your prints made?
We hand-pick original artworks from our collection that we think you'll love, including paintings, photography, printmaking, and digital art. Our expert print team then digitally scans these pieces and creates the highest quality archival pigment prints. All of our prints are produced on the world’s first eco-friendly fine art paper - a smooth textured, natural white bamboo paper. When properly cared for, our prints have been tested to remain vibrant for more than 100 years.
-
Do prints look exactly like the images I see online?
We work hard to make sure the images you see online look just like the actual prints. That said, the colors you will see on paper may differ slightly from what you see on screen depending on the image. Additionally, we best fit images on standard paper sizes which means that most images will have a white border--something you won’t see in our images.
-
How can I ensure my Paperwork print is authentic?
We ship each print with a certificate of authenticity that is numbered and signed by the artist. Artists sign certificates rather than the prints themselves to minimize the handling of each print.
-
How do you ship your prints?
We ship our prints via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Prints up to 11"x14" in size are placed in protective sleeves and shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes. Prints larger than 11"x14" are put in protective sleeves and shipped in tubes. All artwork is fully insured and comes with a tracking number.
-
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are as follows: $8.00 for a single 8"x10" print, $9.50 for an 11"x14", $15.00 for a 16"x20, $18.00 for a 20"x30", and $23.00 for a 30"x40".
-
What if I purchase multiple prints? Will they be shipped together?
Up to five 8"x10" and 11"x14" prints can be shipped in the same envelope. It costs $9.50 for the first print and $3.00 for each additional print. We ship prints 16"x20" or larger individually in tubes.

Why should I buy a Paperwork frame?
We thought you'd never ask! We offer beautiful, high-quality custom frames to display and protect your artwork, and we always, always ship them to you free of charge. All of our prints are available in your choice of frame color and arrive ready to hang. We outfit each frame with wire for hanging, rubber bumpers on the corners to protect your wall, and a sleeve on the back to display your artist-signed certificate of authenticity. We even include a nail and picture hook with your frame.
-
Are all of your prints available framed?
Yes. We offer custom framing on all prints up to 20”x30” in size through our website. For 30"x40" prints, please email us at pw@ugallery.com [link] to make special framing arrangements.
-
Where are your prints framed?
We scoured the land to find the perfect custom framer, and we are excited to work with an expert team in North Carolina. They're artisanal framers who've owned their family-run business for 50 years. We couldn't be more proud of their commitment to quality and ethical materials.
-
How are your prints framed?
Our solid wood frames come in a variety of colors and have a sleek satiny finish. To ensure the lifespan of your artwork, we use archival acid-free materials.
Our framers use beveled double-thick white mattes that are precision-cut to perfectly fit each print. There are at least three inches of matting on each side of the image to ensure the art is presented in an optimal way--matte borders will vary slightly based on the actual image size. All of our frames are finished on the back with protective paper and rubber bumpers and come ready to hang, including a sleeve to hold your certificate of authenticity.
-
Are your framing materials archival? Will my print be protected?
Of course! Our framing is certified "conservation quality", which means our printers use a hinge mount to connect your print to our acid-free, double-thick mattes. Our hinge mounts ensure that your print will last a lifetime (and more) without the damage or discoloration that's traditionally caused by certain types of framing materials and the external environment (ie heat, light, air pollution, or humidity).
-
Do you frame with glass or acrylic?
We frame with acrylic because it has several advantages. Unlike glass, it is shatter resistant, lightweight, and very easy to handle. Acrylic is also just as clear as glass and offers protection against harmful light.
-
What are your frame specs?
Our frames are simple, sleek and (we like to think) very classy. The wood components of our frames are 1"x1". When you're looking at the frame straight on, the frame measures 1" wide. When your looking from the side, the distance from the wall to the front of the frame is also 1”.
-
What size are the frames?
The chart below is a visual summary of our frame sizes. We measure them from the outside edge of each frame.
If you are interested in ordering a frame for a 30"x40" print, please email us at pw@ugallery.comm to make arrangements.
-
Are your framed prints ready to hang?
Yes! Each piece arrives with a hanging wire attached, and we include a picture hook and nail. All you need is a hammer!
-
How should I hang my framed prints?
The museum standard for hanging is to frame artwork at eye level, which means that the center of the piece should be roughly 60” from the floor. For more hanging tips, consult our blog.
-
How should I care for my framed prints?
Caring for your framed prints is easy. For long life and sustained color, hang your piece out of direct sunlight. Our prints are archival and when properly cared for will last for over 100 years.
